Our Team

Aaron has lived in Katy and West Houston almost all of his life. He is an Alum of Strake Jesuit College Preparatory and the Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management at The University of Houston. He has been rooted in the Cinco Ranch Community since 2000 where he has been a business leader and an active volunteer with Katy ISD.
Aaron loves educating his clients and has extensive experience in working with sellers, first time home buyers and with new construction. He holds designations as a Sellers Representative Specialist, an Accredited Buyer Representative, a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource and is a certified Pricing Strategy Analyst.
In addition to selling homes, Aaron serves on the Leadership Team with CB&A Realtors and works as a Mentor and Real Estate Coach for new agents.

Melanie is a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® and the Asian American Real Estate Association. She is a native Houstonian, born and raised in West Houston having lived in Katy for the 20+ years. She is an Alum of The Bauer College of Business at The University of Houston. She has over fifteen years of experience working for two of the most highly respected Real Estate Investment firms in the United States. Before Real Estate, Melanie acquired an extensive background in marketing with experience working in the non-profit sector. Melanie has volunteered with Katy ISD both within the schools and as a former Mentor with the KEYS program and has held numerous leadership positions within the Girl Scouts of America over the last ten years. Now a licensed REALTOR®, Melanie loves to share her experience and expertise of the Houston Real Estate Market with her clients.

Arianna is the owner of Full Service Transactions. She began her journey in real estate as an agent herself, and after closing her first deal, she began to gravitate towards the job that many real estate agents hate: the behind-the-scenes, transactional paperwork, and organization. She quickly grew to love taking the chaos out of a closing and making it an enjoyable experience for all parties involved. After spending two years in the real estate industry as a transaction coordinator for a large, top producing team and seeing the increased need for transaction coordinators in the industry, she started Full Service Transactions on the journey to help more agents and consumers have better experiences.
